Hospital bed rental questions, answered

We offer same-day and next-day hospital bed delivery in Ancaster and across the Hamilton region. Deliveries are made between 10 AM and 6 PM. Call 905-594-1247 early in the day to ask about same-day availability.

Each rental includes a hospital-grade electric adjustable bed with a wired hand remote, side rails, hi-low height adjustment, head and foot adjustment, and a wipe-clean vinyl hospital mattress. Delivery and setup is a separate one-time fee that covers both delivery and pickup.

Our electric hospital bed rental starts from $199.99 per month. Delivery and setup is an additional one-time fee that includes pickup when the rental ends. Optional add-ons are priced separately on our pricing page.

Plan on one month as the minimum. After that, rentals continue month to month so you can keep the bed exactly as long as you need it.

In Ontario, OHIP and the Assistive Devices Program generally do not cover hospital bed rentals. Some private or extended health plans, employer benefits, and veterans programs may reimburse rental costs, so keep your receipt and check with your insurer first.

Yes. The bed frame is moved in sections and assembled in the room. Tell us about stairs, elevators, and narrow doorways when you book so we can plan the delivery.

Yes. Our delivery team assembles the bed in the room you choose, tests the controls, and shows you and your caregivers how to use the remote, side rails, and locking casters.

The bed supports up to 450 lb of total weight capacity. If you need a bariatric solution, call us and we will point you in the right direction.

A wipe-clean vinyl hospital mattress is included. A waterproof mattress protector is required for hygiene reasons; you can supply your own or we can provide one. Regular twin-size sheets work with the bed.

Call 905-594-1247. If the bed has a mechanical or electrical problem, we will repair it or replace it so care is not interrupted.

Yes. Rentals run month to month, so just let us know before the end of your current month if you want to keep the bed longer.

We deliver across the Hamilton region including Ancaster, Hamilton, Dundas, Waterdown, Flamborough, Stoney Creek, Binbrook and Burlington, plus Brantford and Grimsby. Ask us about other nearby communities.

You sign a simple rental agreement. We will confirm any deposit requirements when you book, before delivery is scheduled.

Call or email us to schedule pickup when you no longer need the bed. Pickup is covered by the one-time delivery and setup fee, and we collect it between 10 AM and 6 PM.
