About the bed we rent
The bed we deliver is a three-function electric homecare bed: the head, the foot and the height of the bed move with a wired hand remote. It is a lightweight steel frame with durable bed ends, lockable casters for moving it within a room, and side rails. The mattress included is a wipe-clean vinyl hospital mattress that suits home use. Before delivery we recommend measuring doorways, hallways and the bedroom, because the frame is about 86 inches long and 36 inches wide. The bed is assembled in the room, so it does not have to pass through doorways fully built.

What is the weight capacity of the bed?

What about the mattress and linens?
A wipe-clean vinyl hospital mattress is included. A waterproof mattress protector is required for hygiene reasons; you can supply your own or we can provide one. Regular twin-size sheets work with the bed.
Do you set the bed up and show us how to use it?
Yes. Our delivery team assembles the bed in the room you choose, tests the controls, and shows you and your caregivers how to use the remote, side rails, and locking casters.
Can you deliver to apartments, condos, or homes with stairs?
Yes. The bed frame is moved in sections and assembled in the room. Tell us about stairs, elevators, and narrow doorways when you book so we can plan the delivery.
